- Free shipping coverage: Single delivery location, including residential/commercial addresses, SF Stores, and EF Lockers.
- For orders under $400, a shipping & handling fee of $60 will be charged.

- An extra $10 fee applies to the following areas:

Delivery Time & Schedule
- General Delivery Service: Mon-Fri only (Hong Kong).
- Processing Time: 2-4 days after ordering.
(Cut-off time: Mon-Fri 16:00) - Transit Time: Approx. 5-7 days via courier.
- Actual delivery time depends on stock availability. Incorrect information may delay delivery.
Delivery Scope & Addresses
- Each order can only be delivered to one address. Please place separate orders for multiple locations.
- PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
- No Delivery: Outlying Islands (except Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung) and any restricted areas.

Tracking & Receipt
- We will provide a Tracking No. after the item is dispatched.
- To change the address after dispatch, please contact the courier directly. Extra fees are borne by the customer.
- Orders may be cancelled without refund if delivery fails multiple times due to personal reasons.
- Door-to-door delivery does not include moving items inside the residence. Kidrise is not responsible for any damage during moving.
Severe Weather Arrangements
- Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings are hoisted.
- Delivery will also be suspended if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the courier.
- Kidrise will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items
- Bought by mistake / Changed mind after delivery.
- Product damaged by human error.
- Product has been opened or used (e.g., plastic wrap or box seal removed).
- Packaging is damaged, destroyed, or incomplete.
- Color difference due to lighting or screen settings (actual product prevails).
- Loss or damage caused by instructing courier to leave at door/management office.
Cancellation & Handling Fees
For order cancellations and refunds after payment, the following handling fees will be deducted:

- Timing: For quality issues, request an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted.
- Return Deadline: Return the item to the service center within 3 days after the request.
- Proof: Must present the order number and original valid receipt.
- Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- Completeness: If operation is affected, return with full packaging and accessories; if only part is affected, only that part will be replaced.
- Shipping Fee: All shipping costs incurred for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer.
- Processing Time: Returns take 1-3 weeks (from the date of receipt).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit card), subject to bank processing time.
- Disclaimer: Kidrise is not responsible for damage after delivery. We are not liable for delivery failure/delay due to incorrect customer data.
