Delivery and pickup services
Q: How are shipping costs calculated? Are there any free shipping offers?
Local delivery: Generally, SF Express is used.
Free shipping offer: Enjoy free shipping on orders of HK$500 or above (Hong Kong only).
For orders under HK$500, shipping fees will be collected by SF Express from the recipient on a "cash on delivery" basis, or a fixed shipping fee will be prepaid at checkout.
Q: How long after placing an order will I receive the goods?
In-stock items: Usually shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-ordered items: Shipping time will be indicated on the product page.
After being shipped, SF Express typically takes 1-2 business days to deliver.
Q: Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. You can choose to pick up your package at our store in Kwun Tong . Please select "In-store Pickup" at checkout and collect your package during business hours after receiving the "Pickup Notice" email.
Refund and Exchange Policy

We place great importance on product quality. If you find any damage to the goods or discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the following information:
