Important Note: Delivery Delays and Self-Pickup Arrangements
There may be delays in shipping, so we recommend contacting us to confirm before purchasing.
If you choose "self-pickup" (you need to contact customer service to arrange it first), the pickup period is within 2 weeks (working days) after placing the order.
*Failure to collect the order within the specified period will be considered as abandonment of the order.

Remote Area Surcharge
- An additional $10 shipping fee will apply to the following areas:
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Lantau Island (including Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).

Delivery time and arrangements
- Standard delivery service : Monday to Friday only (Hong Kong area).
- Order processing time: 2-4 days after order is placed.
(Order deadline: Monday to Friday, 16:00) - Delivery time: Approximately 5-7 days by express courier.
- Actual delivery time depends on stock availability; delivery will be delayed if the information provided is incorrect.
Delivery area and address
- Each order can only be delivered to one address . If you need delivery to different locations, please place separate orders.
- We do not accept post office boxes (PO Boxes) as delivery addresses.
- Delivery is not available to : outlying islands (excluding the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and any areas where trucks are restricted or prohibited.

Tracking and Receipt Instructions
- We will provide a tracking number after the goods are shipped.
- If you need to change your address, please contact the courier company directly. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
- If delivery fails multiple times due to personal reasons, the order may be cancelled without a refund .
- Door-to-door delivery does not include moving the item into your residence. Kidrise is not responsible for any damage caused during the move.
Severe weather arrangements
- Delivery services will be delayed when a gale signal , red or black rain warning is issued.
- Delivery will be suspended if the courier company determines that the weather conditions are unsafe.
- Kidrise will contact you to change the delivery date.
