There may be a delay in delivery, please consult us to confirm before purchasing.
- If the customer chooses to pick up the goods by themselves (self-pickup requires separate arrangements, please contact customer service before placing an order), the pick-up period is within two weeks after placing the order (Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded). Please note that if you fail to pick up the goods within the pick-up period, it will be treated as an abandoned order.

Shipping costs and delivery methods
- Except for activities specifically noted on the website, shipping costs are handled as follows:
- After using the promotional code, each order of $400 or more can enjoy free delivery service (only for a single delivery location), including residential addresses, business addresses, SF Express self-pickup points and SF Express smart lockers.

- If the purchase amount is less than $400, there will be a $60 shipping and handling fee.
- If the delivery address is Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Ping Chau or Lantau South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.), an additional delivery fee of $10 will be charged. Delivery range
- Please do not use a PO Box as your delivery address.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to have the goods delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- We do not provide delivery services to outlying islands (except the Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and any restricted areas or areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

Delivery time and arrangement
- Order processing time: 2-4 days after placing the order. Cut-off time is 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Delivery time: Express delivery ( 5-7 days)
- Orders for standard delivery services will be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. The actual delivery time is subject to stock availability.
- If the customer fills in incorrect delivery/contact information, the delivery time will be affected/delayed.
Product Tracking/Change of Address
- After the shipment is dispatched, Kidrise will provide the customer with a tracking number. If you need to change your address, please contact the courier to make alternative arrangements. Delivery may be delayed, and any additional costs incurred will be at the customer's expense.
- If you are unable to receive your order due to personal reasons, please contact the courier to make arrangements. If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and Kidrise will not issue a refund.
- After placing an order, if there are any changes to the delivery address or selected delivery time, please contact Kidrise immediately to make arrangements.
- The courier delivery service does not include delivery to your home. Therefore, if the customer's home items are damaged during delivery, Kidrise will not be responsible or compensate for any loss or damage.
Special arrangements due to inclement weather
- Delivery will be postponed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when the courier deems it unsafe to proceed with delivery. Kidrise will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.
In case of any disputes, Kidrise reserves the right of final decision.
